This page explains what Discipline by Nature Fitness collects, why it is collected, and how it is protected when you use this site.
What we collect
When you book a session you provide:
- Your name and email address
- A phone number, when you choose to share one
- Your chosen offer, location, and time
- Payment details, handled by Stripe (we never see the full card number)
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you enter. The site also writes a small session marker when you use the question assistant, so it can count questions you ask.
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your booking
- To send booking, reminder, and cancellation email
- To process your deposit through Stripe
- To answer questions you send us
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. The services below process data only to run this site:
- Stripe, for card payments and refunds
- AWS, to send transactional email
- Payload CMS, to store site content and contact messages
- OpenRouter, only for the question assistant, and only a short, anonymous question (never your name, email, or booking details)
Cookies
The site uses one HTTP-only cookie for the question assistant so it can limit each session to a few questions. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Keeping it safe
Connections to the site use standard encryption where available. Server logs store hashed values for rate limits instead of raw addresses. Your contact message may be reviewed later by Yvonne, but it is never sold or shared for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you shared at any time. Send a note to the contact address and the request will be handled within a reasonable time.
